Whether you've found a bug, need help with a game, have a purchase-related problem, or just need to contact the studio, we'll help point you in the right direction.
Choose the right place to start.
Using the right support route helps us separate technical problems, game feedback, community questions, and private account issues.
I found a bug.
If something in Grid Conflict or Grandma's Tavern isn't working as expected, use the game's bug-report area in Discord and include enough information for us to reproduce the problem.
Report a bug on Discord →I need help with a game.
Questions about strategy, Pinochle, game systems, friend matches, or how something works are best discussed with the community in the relevant game section.
Ask the community →I have a suggestion.
Ideas about balance, difficulty, interface, accessibility, features, and gameplay can be posted in the dedicated feedback areas for each game.
Share feedback →I have a purchase or account issue.
Don't post payment, purchase, account, or other private information in a public Discord channel. Contact the studio privately instead.
Email the studio →Help us reproduce it.
A useful bug report tells us what happened and gives us enough information to try to make it happen again.
- Game name
- Game version or build, if visible
- Platform
- Device or computer details when relevant
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Steps that reproduce the problem

Grid Conflict
For rules, open the illustrated Quick or Full guide in game. When reporting an issue, include the mode—War, Skirmish or Crossroads—and whether it occurred against the CPU or a friend. The documented 3.3.2 build is for Windows; Android testing information will be shared separately.
Game details and update notes →Grandma’s Tavern
Learn Pinochle with Turnip, or ask the community about Story, Endless and friend matches. For Android full-game access, use the in-game purchase or restore option with the account used for the original purchase.
The free Story section ends at Grum and does not save on exit. Full Story saving is part of the permanent full-game unlock. Email us privately if your purchase or restore is not recognised.

The Act 1 prototype is in development. No public demo or release date has been announced. Keep story discussion spoiler-tagged.
